Formula Austin is joint venture between cousins, Anne Fish and Andy Fish, and is a culmination of ideas collected from their experiences at Formula 1 and other races around the world. Austin is unique with regards to the other F1 venues, specifically as it relates to the wide variety of entertainment opportunities that exist. Whether you like sports, music, dining, shopping, and wine, or want to learn about Texas culture or visit historic and beautiful homes, all and more can be done in Austin, Texas. Formula Austin's mission is to promote the unique opportunities that exist only in Austin so that racing fans will not only enjoy the richness of our city this year but return in subsequent years.
Andy Fish President -   Andy is a native Austinite. His earliest recollection of racing was an LP of the Sounds of Sebring from 1956. His father raced the #2 Shelby Mustang to a national championship in B Production in the late 1960s. His first Formula 1 was shortly after graduating from the University of Texas (BS Electrical Engineering) when he and his father went to Monaco, Monza, the Maserati factory, the DeTomaso factory, and the Ferrari factory, and spent an afternoon with Ferrari collector and clothing designer, Emilio Pucci. Particularly memorable was the 1984 Grand Prix in Dallas, Texas, being a guest of the Williams Team in and behind the pits at Silverstone in 2011, and a guest of Ferrari North America for the 2011 American LeMans Series race at Road Atlanta. Andy raced autocrosses and hill climbs for a number of years in a 1959 Corvette and a 1973 DeTomaso Pantera. He has been a member of the Model T Ford Club of America, Longhorn Corvette Club and Ferrari Club of America. He currently owns several collector cars including a prototype, 246 Dino Ferrari.
Anne Fish - Vice-President -   Anne was born and raised in Austin. She has lived and worked around the world, in 5 foreign countries, living overseas for more than 7 years. She speaks Spanish fluently and is conversant in Italian. Anne has worked in the travel and tourism industry for 17 years, living in Hong Kong, London, San Francisco, Washington DC., and in the heart of Tuscany in a tiny village called Gaiole in Chianti. She also worked in sales and marketing in Spain and Mexico for a total of 4 years. Anne's passion for F1 started in 1997 with her first race in Monaco, but little did she know that it was in her blood, as her father had raced in the 1950's in England. She has also raced her own Porsche in various club races in Wyoming and Utah.

The Formula Austin idea was born in 2010, and together with her cousin, they have put together some amazing experiences for their guests to enjoy while in Austin for Formula 1 and subsequent events.
